Making it happen!

Everyone has to have a goal to start somewhere! Without a goal in mind, where’s your drive and motivation? It’s a lot like saving money for something. It helps to write down the goal and have other goals before that goal as well. Our weight and health are on the line, as well as our attitude about day to day life and being social. I tend to get uncomfortable around people and cannot be myself- I feel fat. This is normal if we don’t feel good about ourselves. We both have different weight loss goals in mind & they are posted below for you to take a look at and compare to your own. Every Monday & Friday we will post a picture of our weight, & tell you all how we are feeling! This information will be accurate, no matter how embarrassing or humiliating. We have to do this for ourselves! Stay posted! 🙂
